How to level up on BTS Fancafe

There are many people who don't know how to level up on BTS Fancafe. There are two processes:


1. Buy Official ARMY Membership. (Level 2 Green).
2. Level up through answering questions. (Level 2 White).

1. If you buy Official ARMY Membership Fee, you need to have fancafe account. When you bought the "Official ARMY Membership Fee" there'll be a place where you need to fill up your Daum ID and BTS Official shop ID. You'll get level-up to Level 2 Green. Just being a fancafe member is enough. But you need to be careful with your nicknames because many people got level-down due to their nicknames.

Official ARMY Membership is for 1 year. You will be able to buy it every year. There are many perks. It's important if you want to go to Korea and want to watch BTS Live Recordings etc.. on Music Shows.

* 3rd ARMY Term is almost over and Bighit will give announcement soon regarding 4th ARMY  Membership. If you don't want to miss this chance, pay attention to fanbases tweets.

3rd ARMY costs 10,000 KRW + shipping fee to your country.


2. If you're going to level-up through Questions & Answers, you'll be Level 2 White. The difference between Level 2 Green and Level 2 White is Level 2 White can't access "ARMY Room". Besides that, it's pretty much same with Level 2 Green.


2. Scroll down the page and on the left side, there are many rooms which you can access if you're level up. You'll see a place where you can level up.


등업신청_월화수 - This is a place where you will be able to find a level-up questions during  Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
등업신청_목금토 - This is a place where you will be able to find a level-up questions during Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

There's no level-up questions for Sunday. Please refer to Korea Standard Time (KST) for this.

Go to the level up board, you'll be able to see Question 1 and 2. You need to find Question 3-7 and write an answer. Make sure you lock your answer before submitting.


To find Question 3 -7, scroll down the page where you see Q.1 &2 and click the last page. There are some posts made by "BTS STAFF" and you'll be able to see the question written in a comment section. There are guides on how to screenshot Melon/Genie/Naver streaming etc... So make sure you read that too. It's in the comment section from BTS STAFF post in the same page.

Since the questions can't be leaked out nor can't answer the questions for others, so I can't post it here.

    But where do I put the screenshot? As far as I know I can only put one screenshot at the post and I need 2 screenshot (MV and Naver streaming) :(

      i think google translate or naver translate can help to an extent. they don't change the questions everyday. monday-wednesday will have one set of questions while thursday-saturday will have another set of questions. on sunday there wont be any level up questions. :)

      There's no more m-w and th-sat questions, at least for now. They may go back to that once all members have leveled up to their respective positions after 4th recruitment.

      u can answer it in simple english but i recommend u to answer it in korean. u can use google or naver translate! :)

      remember to lock your answers!! :)

      你好！ 有必要回答问题3-7对。 1-5是问题，6-7是截图。 一旦您提交答案，您将无法更改，否则您应该再次进行整个升级过程。 我希望这能帮助你。:)

    Hello i'm trying to level up but i think now there are no mon-wed n thurs-sat room anymore? There's only one room for question and another for answer so i'm confused. And btw do u know what's the diff between A.R.M.Y I and II?

      Yeap, there's only 1 room for the question and 1 room for the answer. Guess the guide isn't updated just yet. The process is the same anyways. BigHit has not revealed much info about A.R.M.Y I and A.R.M.Y II though.

      I am having the same problem. I wonder if maybe it is because we need to change the nickname or maybe it takes awhile until it is changed to level 2.

      I found out through Army Base that it does not automatically level up anymore. You now have to answer 4 questions, and see if you level up. They are posting a tutorial in their blog https://bangtanintl.wordpress.com/tutorials/others/. Also on their twitter page they have screenshots of where exactly we should go to level up. I hope this was helpful!!

    Hi ^^ so there is a new(??) folder labeled "등업확인" and my application got sent there. It didn't get returned but they said my nickname violated their policy. Do you have any idea what this means or what I should do? Any help is appreciated!

      This means that you have broken the nickname rules of BTS Cafe.I can tell you a few of them:
      1)You can't put the real name of any member of BTS or stage name even.for ex,Kim namjoon, sugar,etc.
      2)you can't write bangtan or BTS in your nickname...

    Please help! I answered the questions about a week ago and got a comment yesterday. However, each time I try to read what the staff commented, it won't let me enter that room. How can I access my comment? I tried to check via desktop as well as my phone. If there was an error in my answers, I want to be able to fix it but I have no idea what they wrote... TT

    Did they change their policy? I tried finding the 등업신청_월화수 button since it's Wednesday today at South Korea but I can't see it. However, I saw a question from 등업신청_정회원 button but there are only 4 questions. Did they change the number of questions from 7 to 4? Because in 2016, I was able to see 7 questions but know there is only 4. Please answer thank you

      It can't be 7 questions.You see 4 questions bcoz you have to answer the first 4 questions by posting it on 등업신청 정회원.The last 2 questions,you have to put it in your post (which you answered the first 4 questions)by commenting in it .You have to put a screenshot and comment it.

      I had the same problem. You need to answer 1-3 on the desktop version and submit it. Then go to the mobile version, find your post and attach screenshots in comment section. Don't forget to lock each comment before submitting!!

      you're still at level 1 that means you need to apply to become a regular member...after that, apply for the army 4... hope that helps...
